Gaku Nakagawa

He is not only an illustrator but also a Buddist monk in Kyoto. His illustrations, which express the atomosphere of Kyoto, were introduced in ILLUSTRATION NOW! published in 2005  by TASCHEN. We can also see his work in the magazine monocle, published in London.



Tetsuzi Yamaguchi

He has an unique style of illustration, drawing on clothes directly, which beautifully captures the Japanese seasons. He won a Bologna Children’s book award in 2013.


Eisai (Eiko Ishida)

A professional Japanese calligraphy artist, based in the South of England.
Her calligraphy has displayed at many exhibitions and events in Japan and the UK.
